At Copys Green Farm in Wighton, Catherine Temple produces some of the most recognisable and respected cheeses in Norfolk using milk from her own Brown Swiss, Holstein and Montbéliarde cows. This is true farmhouse cheesemaking — milk travelling metres, not miles, from herd to dairy, capturing the character of the North Norfolk landscape in every batch.
