I acquired a taste for Pecorino cheese on a recent trip to Italy and as it is quite a difficult cheese for me to buy locally, I have started ordering from Norfolk Deli who I discovered on an online search. The cheese arrives promptly, expertly packed, in excellent condition and is delicious with a nice texture and tang. Far superior to anything available in the supermarket. I almost don't want to spread the word on how good these cookies are for fear that there will come a time when they can't make enough to go around, but....
If you like to dunk a good cookie in a steaming mug of coffee or better still, tea then these are the best cookies on the planet.
I mean, they are pretty fabulous straight from the packet but dunked in a hot brew they become chewy and soft and just - WOW!
