We work closely with small, independent producers across the county, choosing food and drink that reflects Norfolk at its best: honest, flavour-led, and made with care. From artisan cheeses and locally roasted coffee to sweet treats, preserves and drinks, everything we include is chosen because we’d happily serve it ourselves.
