 Delivery Information

All deliveries will be made between 8am & 8pm via DHL

We deliver 5 days a week from Monday – Friday across UK Mainland.

Please note at this time, delivery to the Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands is 2-4 working days.

All deliveries are made on an express delivery basis to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Charges

England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands)

Next Day & Nominated Day Delivery (Monday - Friday) - £8.95 - FREE OVER £75

Northern Ireland & Highlands of Scotland

2 - 4 Working Days (Weekdays Only) - £13.95

Next Day / Nominated Day Delivery
Next day delivery does not mean that your order will be with you within 24 hours of your order being placed. It means that once we have your order ready it will be sent out for delivery on day following dispatch. However, if we receive your order following the 11am cut-off time on a Thursday you parcel will be sent on the Monday immediately following your order as we do not deliver over the weekend and we do not wish parcels to spend a weekend in a warehouse.

Our cut off point for next day delivery is 11am Monday to Thursday.

Any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next available working day if no delivery day is selected.

To specify a date for delivery please add this detail in the Delivery Dates & Instructions box. Specify a date you would ideally like your parcel to delivered and any instructions on safe locations to leave the parcel should nobody be in.


All deliveries will be made between 8am & 8pm so we suggest you arrange delivery a day in advance of any special events as we cannot guarantee an early morning delivery. Please note that DHL will provide an approximate 1-hour delivery slot in advance to help ensure safe delivery.

Order Collection Policy

Purpose: This Order Collection Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for the collection of orders placed with The Norfolk Deli. It ensures efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the collection process.

1. Order Placement: Customers can place orders through our online platform. Upon confirmation of the order, customers will receive an order confirmation email or text.

2. Collection Location and Time: Orders can be collected from the Deli which is located at 16 Greevegate, Hunstanton, Norfolk PE 36 6AA Collection times are during our regular business hours, 9:00am-4:00pm.

3. Identification: Customers must present a copy of their order confirmation email or text at the time of collection. This ensures the security and accuracy of order fulfilment.

Delivery Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered accurately and on time. However, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and postcode when placing an order. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
If an order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or postcode provided by the customer, The Norfolk Deli cannot be held liable for the failed delivery.

In the event of a failed delivery:

  1. Redelivery Charges: A redelivery fee will be applied to cover the cost of delivering the order again. This charge will include any additional shipping fees and any fees incurred for the return of the parcel.
  2. Fresh Elements: Any fresh or perishable items that require replacement will incur additional charges. These charges will reflect the full cost of the items and may vary depending on availability and seasonality.
