Wensum White is a soft, bloomy-rind goat’s milk cheese made by The Goat Shed in Norfolk. Crafted with care using fresh goat’s milk, it offers a beautifully balanced alternative to traditional cow’s milk Brie—lighter in character, yet equally rich and satisfying.
Beneath its delicate white bloomy rind lies a smooth, pale interior that develops and softens as it matures. When young, the texture is fresh and slightly firm with clean, lactic brightness. As it ages, the paste becomes increasingly creamy and supple, offering a luxurious mouthfeel while retaining the gentle clarity that defines great goat’s milk cheeses.
