Smoked Norfolk Dapple is a hard, unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese made at Ferndale Farm, a family-run farm nestled in the village of Barningham in North Norfolk. This award-winning cheese is clothbound and naturally matured, then gently smoked to add depth without overpowering its rich, nutty flavour. With a firm, dry texture and a smooth creaminess, it’s reminiscent of a mature Cheddar – but with a distinctive smoked twist. A true farmhouse classic with Norfolk character.
