Alp Blossom is one of the most visually stunning cheeses you’ll ever serve. Its rind is hand-coated with a vibrant mix of scented flowers and herbs, making it the undeniable centrepiece of any cheeseboard.
But it’s not all looks—this cheese is made by Albert Kraus in the Allgäu region of Bavaria, using milk from two herds of Brown Swiss cows. The floral rind isn’t just decorative; it imparts a beautifully aromatic, alpine scent that evokes the wildflower meadows of the German mountains.
With a smooth, moist texture and a gentle, sweet flavour, Alp Blossom is crowd-pleasing, elegant, and unforgettable.
