Ferndale Farm is a family-run mixed farm in the village of Barningham in the North Norfolk countryside. This is the home of Ferndale Cheeses where proper old-fashioned farmhouse cheese is made. Norfolk Dapple is an unpasteurised clothbound hard cow's milk cheese with a dappled rind. The cheese has won several awards including silver & bronze awards in the British Cheese Awards. This is a smooth cream cheese with a gentle smoked flavour. Cheddar-like cheese with a hint of nuttiness in the lingering aftertaste. Mature and fully flavoured with a dry and hard texture.
