Wild Garlic Yarg is a handcrafted, semi-firm cheese made using rich Cornish cow’s milk and carefully wrapped in hand-picked wild garlic leaves. Matured for five weeks, this variation of the famous Yarg takes on a gentle savoury note that complements its creamy, fresh interior.

Its flavour is fragrant but restrained – a whisper of wild garlic that enhances rather than overwhelms. Made in open vats and matured with care, Wild Garlic Yarg is a deliciously different British cheese that’s as eye-catching on the board as it is memorable on the palate.
