Absolutely — in fact, this is one of the main reasons people love buying from us. You can build your own hamper from scratch, choosing everything from Norfolk-made produce to artisan cheeses, wines, chutneys and treats. It’s the most personal, flexible, and bespoke way to create a gift that truly reflects the recipient.
Can I include cheese in a hamper? Is it safe to send?
Yes. We’re the only business that allows customers to fully customise a hamper and include cheese. All cheese is freshly cut, wrapped, temperature-controlled and packed with chilled materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition nationwide.
Do you include a personalised message?
Yes — every hamper comes with a complimentary handwritten gift card. Simply add your message at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
How long does delivery take?
Most hampers are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and we ship nationwide via DHL on a next-day service. You can also choose a future delivery date during checkout — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas gifting.
Are all your Norfolk Hampers genuinely from Norfolk?
Yes. If it says Norfolk Hamper, it means every single item is made in Norfolk — no exceptions. This is our Norfolk Hamper Pledge, and it’s what makes us different from generic hamper companies or “well-known Norfolk establishments” that stretch the definition.

Can I order now and have the hamper delivered later?
Yes — you can schedule your preferred delivery date at checkout. Many people do this for Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries.
