Rambol aux Noix Cheese – Soft French Cheese with Walnuts (125g)
Creamy, mellow, and delicately nutty
Rambol aux Noix is a soft, creamy French cheese blended with finely chopped walnuts, made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Smooth, spreadable, and gently savoury, it combines rich dairy sweetness with the subtle crunch and aroma of walnuts sourced from the Dordogne, a region famed for nut cultivation.
This elegant French walnut cheese has its origins in the 1960s, when a small creamery near Rambouillet created Rambolitain — a fresh cheese blended with nuts. Its popularity led to the founding of the Rambol brand in 1970, with production continuing today in Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines, in the Île-de-France — the historic heartland of Brie de Meaux.
Mild, creamy, and effortlessly indulgent, Rambol aux Noix cheese is prized for its smooth texture and balanced nuttiness, making it an easy crowd-pleaser for both casual grazing and elegant entertaining.
