    Rambol aux Noix (Rambol with Walnuts) is a beautifully smooth and creamy French cheese delicately blended with finely chopped walnuts from the Dordogne — a region celebrated for the quality of its nuts. The result is a rich, velvety cheese with a gentle sweetness and nutty crunch that’s as elegant as it is indulgent.

    The story of Rambol begins in the 1960s in Rambouillet, near Paris, where a small creamery created a cheese called Rambolitain — a savoury blend of cheese and nuts. Its popularity soon led to the founding of the Rambol company in 1970, and production continues today in Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines, within the Île-de-France region — the historic home of Brie de Meaux.

    Perfect spread on crackers, baguette, or toast, Rambol aux Noix makes a luxurious addition to any cheeseboard. Its creamy texture and mellow nuttiness pair beautifully with crisp white wine, Champagne, or even a glass of sweet dessert wine.
