Tinned scallops, harvested from Galician rivers, in northwest Spain. These scallops are complemented with a traditional Galician sauce of tomato, onion and white wine. Delicious stirred through fresh pasta.

Ingredients: variegated scallop (mollusc), sunflower oil, onion, water, concentrated tomato, salt, white wine, sugar, paprika extract and black pepper
