Norbert

This Camembert-style cheese has a delicate white rind and is deliciously soft and moreish. Its name references its heritage and where it was made. NOR in that it is made in Norfolk and BERT in that it is influenced by camemBERT.

This cheese is the perfect baker, add some rosemary, garlic, and a dash of white wine, or enjoy it simply with crusty bread and chutney. Either way, you will be satisfied!
