A light and refreshing gin, this has been distilled specifically to be enjoyed in a classic G&T. Aside from the traditional juniper, the essence of this gin comes from botanicals such as Norfolk lavender and homegrown walnuts. Infused with raspberries this is a delightful Gin that makes the perfect base for a flavoursome G&T or cocktail.
