The Temple of Cheese
The best of Norfolk’s artisan cheese, handcrafted by Catherine Temple
There are few names more synonymous with Norfolk cheese than Mrs Temple’s. Crafted with care and tradition by Catherine Temple at Copys Green Farm in Wighton, each cheese tells the story of Norfolk’s lush pastures, rich heritage, and dedication to artisan food making.
The Temple of Cheese Hamper brings together the very best of Mrs Temple’s Norfolk cheeses — a curated showcase of handcrafted, cows’ milk cheeses that capture the true flavour of our county. It’s a perfect choice for those who love local cheese, celebrate the Best of British produce, or simply want to enjoy the distinctive character that defines cheese from Norfolk.
Smooth, mellow, nutty, rich and creamy, this is Norfolk cheesemaking at its finest.
Inside this hamper you’ll find:

Freshness & storage
Most of our cheeses are hand-cut to order, and while every effort is made to be as accurate as possible, the quoted weights are approximate. All cheeses are cut on the day of dispatch or, at the latest, the day before, ensuring freshness and quality.
Cut cheeses will have a minimum shelf life of 10 days from the date of cutting.
Cheese is far more robust than most realise. For guidance on how to look after your cheese, please read our latest blog post on cheese refrigeration and storage, offering our professional insight into keeping your cheese in perfect condition.
Packaging
At The Norfolk Deli, our focus is on quality and care, not fancy packaging. We don’t use decorative wicker hampers for our cheeseboards — instead, your cheeses are packed in appropriately sized boxes with ice packs and insulation, ensuring they arrive in perfect, tip-top condition, ready to enjoy.
The price includes postage and packing, as well as a personalised handwritten message, making this the perfect ready-to-send gift for any cheese lover.
