A supple, washed-rind Norfolk cheese with Alpine character and creamy depth
St Helena is the latest creation from the makers of St Jude and St Cera, Made with raw milk from the farm’s Montbéliarde cows, this semi-hard washed-rind cheese is inspired by the French St Nectaire recipe and aged on traditional rye straw mats. The result is a creamy, supple cheese with a milky sweetness, a hint of reblochon or raclette, and a gentle touch of tangy farmyard on the finish. A refined and rustic addition to any cheeseboard.
