Spenwood is a semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese with a thin natural rind and a smooth, cream-coloured paste. Handmade using thermalised milk and vegetarian coagulant, this elegant cheese starts off sweet and milky before developing a delicate piquancy as it matures.
Inspired by the great cheeses of the Mediterranean but proudly British in character, Spenwood has a supple texture and a clean, savoury depth that makes it ideal for grating, slicing, or savouring simply on its own.
Please note all cheeses are hand-cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
