Classic French Alpine Cheese – The Heart of a Perfect Tartiflette
Reblochon is a soft, washed-rind, smear-ripened cheese made from raw cow’s milk in the Alpine region of Savoie, France. Recognised under its own AOC designation, this cheese has been crafted in the Thônes and Arly valleys of the Aravis massif for generations.
Its supple, creamy paste and delicate washed rind deliver a nutty, slightly tangy flavour with earthy, grassy notes from the Alpine pastures. Best known as the key ingredient in Tartiflette, Reblochon melts beautifully, making it an indulgent choice for baked dishes or a luxurious addition to a cheeseboard.
A must-try for lovers of traditional French cheese.
Please note all cheeses are hand-cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
