Sourced from the Los Cedros region of northern Peru, this single-origin coffee is grown at high altitude on the La Fortuna farm, where producer Mariano Alcarazo Paredes focuses entirely on coffee cultivation. About the Farm & Process

Grown on a four-hectare farm in the Los Cedros area, La Fortuna is entirely dedicated to coffee — a rarity that allows for absolute focus on quality.

After harvesting, only ripe cherries are selected and:

• Rested for 24–40 hours
• Pulped and dry-fermented for around 24 hours
• Washed twice for clarity
• Slow-dried over 30 days on beds and tarpaulins

This careful, methodical process results in a coffee that is clean, stable, and full of character, ready for export and roasting at its best.
