A recent addition to the Broughton Dairy range, Nettus is a semi-soft sheep’s cheese crafted by Emily Tydeman using rich, seasonal milk from the spring and summer. With a rind washed early in its development and then brushed to encourage natural moulds, Nettus is matured for a minimum of 3 months to allow its full character to emerge.
Firm yet yielding, with a gently crystalline texture and deeply savoury flavour, Nettus offers a beautifully balanced taste of the seasons. Its natural rind brings depth and complexity, making it a standout on any cheeseboard—particularly in the cooler months when it’s at its peak.
