Gruyère Réserve AOP
A Swiss Icon with Over 900 Years of Heritage
Gruyère Réserve AOP is a hard, raw cow’s milk mountain cheese matured for over 10 months, producing a smooth, dense texture and complex nutty flavour. Made using traditional methods passed down since 1115 AD, this Swiss masterpiece is crafted in alpine dairies using 400 litres of fresh milk to produce a single 35–40kg wheel.
With its concave sides and stamped AOP mark of authenticity, this cheese offers both heritage and taste in every slice. A superb choice for a cheeseboard, it’s also a favourite for melting into fondue, Croque Monsieur, gratins, or sauces.
