Gorgonzola al Cucchiaio — literally “Gorgonzola by the spoon” — is Italy’s creamiest and most indulgent blue cheese. Made in the Lombardy and Piedmont regions, this decadent version of Gorgonzola DOP is so soft and luscious it’s traditionally served with a spoon rather than cut.
Ripened to perfection, its ivory paste is marbled with delicate blue-green veining, offering a silky texture and a beautifully balanced flavour — sweet, milky, and subtly tangy with a gentle blue spice that lingers on the palate.
