Part of a range of artisan British pâté and rillette made by hand on a farm in Bude, Cornwall.  Unlike many other pâté products, they're produced using locally sourced high-welfare meats, fish, and poultry. Pork comes from their own free-range Cornish Lop pigs which are used in the rillettes and cured products where possible.
