Lynher Dairies - creators of the widely-acclaimed Cornish Yarg - have debuted their newest cheese, Kern. Matured for 16 months, Kern offers a density of texture and complexity of flavour rivalling that of Comté or Gruyère, thanks to the Alpine starter cultures added to the Gouda-style recipe developed over the years by Catherine Mead and her team.
