A golden, hoppy, true-to-style IPA brewed using Norfolk-grown Maris Otter barley with a good blast of British Boadicea hops to provide a flavoursome finish, this beer is named after the Knot, a wading bird found in muddy coastal estuaries. A breed that undertakes one of the longest migrations each year as it makes it way from the Canadian arctic to winter along our shores, it’s stocky, short-legged and a firm Norfolk favourite.
