Crafted in the style of Franche-Comté's iconic Morbier cheese, Ashcombe features an eye-catching line of wood ash through its centre. This large, disc-shaped cheese boasts a vibrant terracotta rind developed through brine washing, as well as a savoury, meaty rind and a paste rich with scents of milky hay. Once tasted, the flavours evoke a comforting, buttery, and nutty character.

Please note all cheeses are hand-cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can.
