Our range of savoury bruschetta was developed to complement the cheeses we sell. We wanted something small and crispy that was just the right size for the perfect portion of cheese (in our view two bites) The flavours have been added so as not to overpower the flavour of the topping but like a good tonic to add a background tone to add rather than to detract from the cheese.
