Walsingham cheese is made by Mrs Temple's in Wighton, Norfolk. This is a firm/hard cheese, with the appearance of a cheddar, but it is very much its own cheese. Creamy, and deep with flavour it is deeply satisfying and with a strongly flavoured Norfolk chutney to even out the taste explosion, you will experience.
