Woodside Red stands out with its striking colour, naturally derived from the seed of the South American Achiote tree. But this cheese isn’t just about looks — it delivers a smooth, creamy texture and an irresistibly moreish mouthfeel. Aged for 16 to 20 weeks, it strikes the ideal balance between tangy sharpness, gentle sweetness, and rich creaminess.
