Mayfield is a semi-hard, Alpine-style cheese handmade by Arthur Alsop and Nick Walker in East Sussex. With natural eyes, a supple texture, and a flavour that evolves from sweet and creamy to nutty and fruity, it’s a true showcase of British cheesemaking excellence.
Aged for 5–7 months, Mayfield has earned numerous accolades, including Gold at the Great Taste Awards and the British and World Cheese Awards. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk, it’s approachable yet complex – a standout addition to any cheeseboard.
