Grown in the highlands around Gedeb, this coffee showcases the vibrant, complex flavours that make Ethiopian beans some of the most celebrated in the world.

Expertly roasted in Norfolk in small batches, Gedeb reveals bright floral aromas with notes of jasmine, bergamot, and blueberry, followed by a smooth, tea-like body and a clean, sweet finish. It’s a light-to-medium roast that sings in filter and pour-over brewing but also shines as a delicately nuanced espresso.
