Marsh Pig Bresaola is a premium Norfolk-made charcuterie crafted from high-welfare British beef. Expertly seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, the beef is slowly air-dried for several weeks, developing a rich, savoury flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture. This Italian-inspired delicacy is perfect for antipasti boards, salads, or as a refined appetiser.
