Portuguese mackerel fillets tinned by Pinhais. The cannery in Matosinhos has recently celebrated its centenary year and the artisan methods it still swears by guaranteeing a flavourful, quality product. In this tin, the fillets come in the Portuguese cannery’s prized tomato sauce. Great on good bread for an afternoon tapa, stirred through pasta (no need to add sauce), or straight from the tin.
