What would happen if a capybara designed the perfect summer beer? According to Ampersand Brew Co.'s nephew Isaac, it would definitely contain plenty of orange. The result is Capy-Beera, a vibrant and refreshing pale ale packed with juicy citrus flavour, playful personality and easy-drinking appeal.
Designed by Isaac himself, from the beer concept and name through to the artwork, Capy-Beera combines a light malt base with Amarillo and Azacca hops before being loaded with fresh orange zest and a splash of orange juice. The result is a bright, zesty pale ale with layers of juicy orange, tropical fruit and gentle hop bitterness.
