Handcrafted by Humbleyard Vineyard near Mulbarton, Norfolk, Solaris is a beautifully bright and aromatic English white wine made from the Solaris grape — a variety perfectly suited to Norfolk’s sunny climate and long growing season.

Pale gold in colour, this wine offers delicate floral aromas and fresh notes of citrus, apple, and elderflower. On the palate, it’s crisp, clean, and well-balanced, with gentle acidity and a smooth, refreshing finish. Light and versatile, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, salads, and soft cheeses such as Wensum White or Norfolk White Lady.

Produced by the Bulch family, who have been farming in Norfolk for three generations, Humbleyard wines are made entirely from grapes grown and bottled on-site, reflecting the region’s unique terroir.
