Ortiz Yellowfin Tuna—also known as Bonito del Norte—is prized for its delicate texture and clean, mild flavour. Line-caught in the Bay of Biscay and sustainably sourced, the tuna is cooked gently and hand-packed in olive oil to preserve its quality and flavour over time.
