Winslade is a soft, spoonable cheese from Hampshire Cheese Co., the makers of Tunworth. A cross between Vacherin and Camembert, this handmade British cheese is encircled with a spruce collar that infuses it with subtle, resinous notes as it ripens.

With a dappled rind and pinkish bloom, Winslade matures to a gloriously gooey centre. Its flavour is milder than Camembert but beautifully rich, with gentle floral earthiness and a creamy, indulgent texture. A multiple award-winner and a festive favourite, Winslade is perfect served warm or straight from the board.

The individual cheese weighs 200g.
