Produced in the Stiffkey Valley at Walsingham Estate Vineyard, this Bacchus Demi-Sec 2023 is an off-dry Norfolk white wine offering expressive aromas of elderflower, citrus and soft tropical fruit. The gentle sweetness is carefully balanced by fresh acidity, creating a wine that feels bright, elegant and beautifully rounded.

Made from Bacchus grapes grown on chalk-rich Norfolk soil, this wine reflects both the vineyard’s careful cultivation and the county’s ideal cool-climate growing conditions. Bacchus is widely regarded as England’s signature white grape, known for producing aromatic wines with clarity and finesse. The demi-sec style adds a softer, more approachable character while preserving the freshness that defines Norfolk wine.
