Tortas de Aceite Tradicional are the original Spanish olive oil biscuits, handmade in Seville following a time-honoured recipe that has been lovingly passed down for more than a century. Each delicate biscuit is individually hand-flattened, sprinkled with a fine dusting of sugar, and baked until perfectly golden, giving it a light, crisp texture and a beautifully flaky bite.
Made using extra virgin olive oil, they’re naturally aromatic and subtly sweet, with a hint of anise and citrus that captures the essence of traditional Andalusian baking.
