Our Surf & Turf Hamper has been put together with one delicious purpose in mind: to give you everything you need to create a fabulous seafood and charcuterie sharing board, without having to hunt around for all the individual ingredients.
We've brought together some exceptional artisan producers, combining the rich, savoury flavours of British cured meats with beautifully prepared seafood, a delicious pâté and the all-important crackers and flatbreads to bring everything together.

- Sea Sisters Rainbow Trout Roe, Smoked Over Oak – delicate, beautifully smoky little pearls of flavour.
- Anchovies in Olive Oil – rich, savoury anchovies that bring a wonderful depth of flavour to the board.
From the land:
- Cobble Lane Cured Salt & Pepper Pork Salami – expertly cured British charcuterie with a classic savoury seasoning.
- Cobble Lane Cured Lomo Air-Dried Pork Loin – beautifully cured, delicately flavoured pork loin.
- Cornish Charcuterie Chicken Liver Pâté with Smoky Bacon & Sage Butter – rich, smooth and wonderfully indulgent.
