Matured in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, this whisky draws in all the deep, natural sweetness of the world’s richest sherry style, resulting in a spirit that is beautifully velvety, fruity and full of dark, indulgent character.

On the nose, expect aromas of raisins, figs, toffee and warm oak. The palate opens with luxurious sweetness — rich dried fruits, treacle, dark chocolate and soft spice — all wrapped in the smooth, approachable whisky character that The English Distillery is renowned for. The finish is long, warming and satisfyingly silky, with lingering notes of sweet sherry and gentle oak.
