The Norfolk Damson is a luxurious fruit liqueur crafted by The English Distillery – The Home of English Whisky, using handpicked Norfolk damsons steeped for several months in their award-winning single malt. Deeply coloured, velvety and bursting with flavour, this is a spirit that perfectly marries vibrant fruit sweetness with the warm, rounded character of English whisky.
Damsons — darker, sharper and more intensely flavoured than plums — give this liqueur its rich berry notes and natural tang. A touch of sugar is added during maturation, enhancing the fruit while maintaining balance and elegance. The result is a beautifully smooth liqueur with layers of bright damson, subtle almond, gentle spice and soft whisky warmth on the finish.
