Roquefort Société is one of France’s most celebrated blue cheeses, famously favoured by Emperor Charlemagne and revered as the 'cheese of kings and popes'. Made under strict AOC regulations, this sheep’s milk cheese is aged in the natural caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon for 5 months, developing its unmistakable salty, tangy flavour and rich, creamy texture.

Both crumbly and moist, Roquefort is not for the faint-hearted – it’s an adventurous delicacy that adds punch to salads, dressings, and cheeseboards alike. A true icon of French gastronomy.
