Robin Redbreast is a beautifully crafted red wine from Chet Valley Vineyard, made using the Cabernet Noir grape. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes a two-day maceration to enhance colour and flavour, followed by a carefully managed fermentation process — including malo-lactic fermentation for added smoothness and complexity.
Expect a graceful balance of mulberry and ripe red fruits, with soft vanilla undertones from subtle oak ageing. The tannins are light and elegant, allowing the juicy red berry character to take centre stage.
This is a polished, fruit-forward red that’s wonderfully food-friendly — perfect alongside roasted chicken, fresh pasta dishes, or summer salads
