Hand-Harvested, Oak-Aged & Rich with Citrus, Stone Fruit & Spice
Produced in Norfolk by Burn Valley →
This first-ever Pinot Gris from Burn Valley Vineyard marks an exciting new chapter for the Norfolk-based, family-run estate. Grown on an organically managed vineyard in East Anglia and carefully hand-harvested, this debut vintage shows remarkable depth and balance.
Fermented and aged in Hungarian oak barrels for six months, it delivers a creamy, textured palate with notes of stone fruits, a gentle spice, and lingering citrus aromas. The oak influence adds richness without overwhelming, creating a beautifully integrated wine with real potential for future vintages.
A bold and expressive English white, this Pinot Gris pairs effortlessly with roast poultry, creamy pasta, or soft cheeses — or simply enjoy it on its own and toast to something new.
