Moongazer Sit Tight American Blonde is a wonderfully balanced and approachable craft beer brewed in Norfolk by Moon Gazer Ale. Light golden in colour and brewed for pure drinkability, this American Blonde Ale combines gentle hop character with a smooth, rounded finish that makes it incredibly easy to enjoy.
Brewed using a combination of El Dorado and Cashmere hops, Sit Tight delivers subtle layers of citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit aromas alongside hints of lemon, lime, peach and melon. Rather than pushing bold bitterness or overpowering hop intensity, this beer focuses on balance, softness and simplicity — a beer designed for relaxed drinking rather than overcomplication.
Moon Gazer have stayed loyal to its trusted Maris Otter Extra Pale malt base, whilst the addition of maize helps create a softer mouthfeel and an exceptionally smooth finish.
The name “Sit Tight” takes inspiration from the Names of the Hare poem, but also perfectly reflects the beer itself — a reminder to slow down, sit comfortably and simply enjoy a good pint.
