Leigh’s Bees Lime Tree Honey is a raw, unpasteurised honey harvested from the fragrant blossoms of Lime Trees (Linden). It’s a complex, satisfyingly rich honey with a bold aroma and distinct minty notes—a flavour that truly stands apart.

Bottled fresh in March 2024, it’s currently runny in consistency but, like most raw honey, will naturally set over time. Once set, expect a lively yellow colour and a grain that’s coarse but softly textured, adding to its charm.

Ideal for spreading, drizzling, or stirring into warm teas and herbal infusions.
