Why It’s On Our Shelves
Leigh’s Bees Ivy Flower Honey
A rare, firm-set honey from autumn ivy blooms in Norfolk’s woodlands
Leigh’s Bees Ivy Flower Honey is a special seasonal crop, gathered only during mild autumns when there’s a surplus beyond what the bees need for winter. Foraged from ivy flowers growing in the hedgerows and woodlands around Narford, this honey is pale in colour and sets hard soon after bottling. With its bold, herbal flavour and dense texture, it’s a truly distinctive honey – harvested responsibly and available only when nature allows.
