Gnaw Chocolate - Gingerbread

Creamy milk chocolate with warming spice and crunchy gingerbread pieces

Produced in Norfolk by Gnaw Chocolate →

Gingerbread Milk Chocolate from Gnaw Chocolate combines smooth, creamy milk chocolate with pieces of warming, aromatic gingerbread for a bar that's comforting, gently spiced and satisfyingly crunchy.

Made using single-origin Colombian milk chocolate, each bite brings together the mellow sweetness of creamy chocolate with the familiar warmth and spice of gingerbread. The gingerbread pieces add a lovely crunch as well as those characteristic spiced flavours, creating a chocolate bar with plenty of texture and just the right amount of seasonal warmth.

It's a combination that feels particularly at home when the days get colder – comforting, familiar and just a little nostalgic. Perfect with a hot drink, slipped into a Christmas stocking or added to a hamper, although there's absolutely no requirement to wait until Christmas to eat it.

Why we love it:
It's the contrast that makes this bar work so well. Smooth Colombian milk chocolate provides the creamy sweetness, while crunchy gingerbread pieces bring warmth, spice and texture. Simple flavours, very well matched.
